REFUND POLICY
In the event of any damage or shipping errors on orders received, kindly contact us via the platform in which the order was placed within 48 hours of delivery. Arrangements will be made to have the items picked up within 48 hours after complaint has been verified as valid, the additional delivery costs incurred will be covered by us. We would ensure we make it right as soon as possible.
RETURNED ITEMS must be in unused condition exactly as the purchased (sealed) accompanied with all original packaging and free gifts where applicable. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. If found to be in used condition or defective, scentbyolami would not accept such item.
Perfume bottles that have been engraved with a custom text are termed non-returnable items, except in instances where we have made an error in the text.
Kindly check the product descriptions and read captions on items posted to ensure they suit your preference(s) and enable you purchase the right item as we reserve the right to deny returns premised on failure to read information.
We do not accept EXCHANGE on products received in good condition, the exception being wrongly delivered orders.
We offer CASH REFUNDS in instances where the goods are not delivered within the transit period as a result of our fault (this does not cover delays outside our control, like bad weather or riot). For any other reason not caused by us, there would be a refund of 95% of the paid sum, as the 5% would be used to cover for the costs incurred while conversing with the client.
